Our policy
Late arrivals:
You are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled class time. Clients are expected to contact Taylor if they are running late. Clients failing to arrive on time or who do not contact the myself risk losing their full appointment time.
For online classes, we suggest having a parent log you in and assist in any technical difficulties. Depending how late you arrive onto your online class, we may be able to appoint you another class during the week. This is however subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: We request a 48 hour notice of notice of cancellation. This will ensure Taylor sufficient time to allocate your time slot to another student in need. Your class will be rescheduled or a credit note will be appointed.
If the cancellation is within the 24 hour period you may risk losing your credit note if not rescheduled that week. We are very flexible. We understand things come up unexpectedly.
