Policies

Appointment s:

You are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Clients are expected to contact the salon if they are running late. Clients failing to arrive on time or who do not contact the salon risk losing their appointment. Sunday Fees now apply $5 per service.  We reserve the right at any time to modify pricing. Keep in mind once booking your appointment such as Makeup and Hair, you cannot cancel partial of the service e.g Remove makeup and keep the hair. The deposit will be used as cancellation for the appoitment. 

Deposits:
Paying a deposit confirms that you intend to show up to your appointment. This verifies that you are entering a contract with Taylor Bosevski Makeup and Hair for a service that will be provided to you at a specified date and time. Deposits vary and are based on the service requested. Online deposit payments will be used as credit towards the final cost of the service. Deposits are not refundable or transferable. 

 

Cancellation:
24 hours notice but be provided to cancel any appointments.  Cancellations within the 24 hour period will result in being charged the full service amount and will not be refundable. Furthermore this also applies to, no-shows, and anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late to their appointment. 

Refunds and Credit notes:

​Refunds are not applicable where the client cancels the appointment no matter how far in advance.

Where through no fault of the salon or the client, for example in an act of god (COVID lockdowns, Close contact, positive to covid ect) where the appointment cannot be upheld, only then a credit note will be provided to the client. Evidence may be asked such as a positive PRC or lodgement of rapid test. Please note, event cancelations, illness, travel issues, double bookings, change of mind, work duties, and anything of similar nature are not applicable to receive a credit note. Full refunds will apply in cases where I, Taylor Bosevski has to cancel the appointment.

 

Payment:

We accept cash and all major cards i.e. Visa, Mastercard, American Express as well as bank issued EFTPOS chip cards. Please note that we do not accept personal cheques and do not give cash back on credit card sales.

Bridal:

To secure a date, we require a 50% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates or other services in salon. The remaining balance will be due a day prior the wedding.

Payment Information: The remaining balance must be paid one day prior the wedding via bank transfer. Taylor Bosevski BSB: 062528 Account number: 10200486. 

When attending the venue, please ensure that all members of the party are present and ready to go. Also, I may be required to start my service earlier than anticipated. This will ensure enough time is provided for me to perform my service, while also making sure everyone is running on time.I will not be required to wait for photographers or videographers to do touch up pictures. Once leaving the location no touch ups must be made unless organised and spoken to prior when doing the quote.  If there is a change in wedding location, a new travel cost will be invoiced according to the distance. I must be notified of such changes atleast 2 months prior, which will give me sufficient time to make other arrangements, i.e. if parking is required, parking cost is liable to be paid by the client.

Bridal cancelation policy:

Cancellations must be made at least two months prior to the client’s reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying 50% amount of services agreed upon in this quote.
